01 Aggregate System:
Large-inclined-angle eccentric-pin arch- breaking design with vibrating lining structure and adjustable relief-plate ensure the material is poured out smoothly.
Rough and precise measurement, and automatically add the lost and remove the extra, and ensure measurement accuracy.
Green Commercial Concrete Mixing Station uses belt-conveyor to transfer materials which can reduce noise and the dust get controlled properly, also save cost on labor and loading fees. 02 Conveying System:
Changeable frictional encapsulate roller, and the maintenance can be done in half an hour, really time-saving.
Five times of clean and water clean can minimize the wear to the belt.
Green mixing station uses pneumatic chute to transfer powder and dry particle from top-to-down. It is Energy-conserving, quiet and maintenance free with precise weighing.
03 Powder weighing System:
Connection of the big end and the small end can avoid the influence the Screw conveyor has on Powder scale.
Free-weigh structure can avoid the influences the main building has on Powder scale.
Reasonable permeability design can balance Powder scale pressure effectively avoid impacts on the measurement.
04 Liquid weighing System:
Water storage tank automatically discharge. Flux is more stable. Weighing accuracy is more higher.
Rough and precise measurement can automatically add lose and remove the extra, and make sure measure accurately.
Independent admixture Weighing scales. Adding in advance and adding later are both feasible.
Admixture leakage prevention device ensures the quality of the concrete.
05 Dust Removing System:
Pulsed- type bag filter can remove 99.9% of the dust and the maintenance fee is low.
Large exhaust draft fan which can balance the pressure of systems in the building and ensure the weighing accuracy and discharging speed.
06 Waste recycling Equipment:
Wet concrete recycling equipment uses the new domestic hydro-cyclone separation patented technology which can separate the solid particles in the waste and avoid blockage in sedimentation pipe and ensure the water in agitating tank is cleaner, thus ensure the water quality used in concrete. The sand, gravel and wasted water can be recycled when the sand and gravel was washed in the reclaimer many times.
07 Mixing System:
Twin-spiral mixer can save 15% of the mixing time and 20% of the energy.
